RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
PLEASE NOTE: Items must be returned new, unused with the tags still attached in order to receive a full refund.
Returns are accepted for a refund on non-sale clothing items within 14 days of receiving your original order. Sale clothing items may be returned for store credit only.
You may not return anything that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Swimwear will be accepted as long as the hygiene strip has not been removed. All original tags must be attached.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Jewelry & Accessories. All gift cards are non-refundable & non-returnable.
If you want the item replaced for a different size or color, or you want a completely different item, you will need to place a new order. You will be refunded for the original order once it has been received and processed by our Shipping Team.
How To Complete Your Return Or Exchange
- E-mail your request within 28 days of your order delivery to our customer service team at email@example.com.
- We will respond to your request within (2) business days.
- Once received, your request will be processed within (2) business days.
- Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to place the original order. The process will take between 7-14 business days, depending on the bank/ credit card.
